smartRandomizer - for After Effects

smartRandomizer is a single button script for randomizing values within Adobe After Effects. The script intelligently recognizes the type and value of the selected property(s) in order to create pleasing, controllable randomness. The script can randomize:

• All Transform properties

• Effect properties (except custom properties like Curves)

• Shape properties (except custom properties like Gradients) • Color properties

• Text Animator properties

smartRandomizer can randomize more than one property at once across multiple layers for an action similar to the now-removed Brainstorm option.

Run the “smartRandomizer.jsxbin” using KBar or as a dockable panel.
